Questions people ask
Is the Consultation fee wasted if I do not go further?
No. It is credited in full towards your Design Roadmap if you choose to proceed, and you keep the written summary either way.
Do I have to use the studio for delivery after the Roadmap?
No. The Roadmap is a complete document that stands on its own. You are free to take it to any contractor, or back to us for delivery.
How long does the whole process take?
The Consultation is a single session. The Roadmap is delivered within 1 to 2 weeks. Full Project timelines vary by scope and are confirmed at the outset.
Do you only take on large projects?
No. We work across a genuine range, from single-room direction through to full-home renovations.
